Smartfren Launches Sarah, Ai Virtual Assistant for 24/7 Customer Service

Telset.id – Smartfren officially launched “Sarah”, an artificial intelligence -based virtual assistant (AI) who is ready to serve customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This launch is part of Smartfren’s commitment to improve customer experience through an efficient and easily accessible digital solution.

Sarah is designed as an interactive chatbot that can be accessed via WhatsApp (0888-1212-888), the Mysmartfren application, and the official Smartfren site. This virtual assistant is able to provide more responsive, active, and solutive services for customers.
