The KBO Secretariat announced that the milestone was reached on June 3rd, with a total attendance of 5,009,720 across five stadiums. This rapid accumulation of spectators signals a possibly historic season for the league.

Sold-Out Stadiums and Fan Enthusiasm

The league’s popularity was evident on a recent game day, with four stadiums reaching full capacity. These included:

• Seoul Jamsil Stadium (23,750)
• Busan Sajik Stadium (22,669)
• Incheon SSG Landers Field (23,000)
• Daejeon Hanwha Life Ball Park (17,000)
