Dallas-Ecobat, a global leader in battery recycling, has announced it has received a binding offer from campine NV to acquire its battery cycling systems and special lead production systems in France. ecobat has granted Campine NV exclusivity based on this offer. The proposed transaction encompasses Ecobat’s facilities in Estrée-Saint-Denis, Bazoches, and Pont-Sainte-Maxence. This move would effectively withdraw Ecobat from the French market,with the exception of its lithium-ion battery operations.
