At the beginning, we tried to be super sailor with the Summer Fest Edge because it is an event on the beach, but it did not turn out as expected. People were in a more afternoon/night plan to take something and their necessary bites,” explains Benza.
Today, the festival boasts a diverse menu that blends fresh, marine-inspired dishes like ceviches, salads, pokes, and bowls with crowd-pleasers such as hamburgers, sausages, and pizzas. “We try that the mix pass through everything, with brands in trend and that young people know them,” adds Benza.
