A person was killed in the Ezbet Sorour area, Bandar Sherbin, Dakahlia Governorate, by his nephew’s wife, after a family quarrel broke out due to differences between them, and the accused threw a stone at the victim, which hit his head and took his life immediately.
Major General Marwan Habib, Director of Dakahlia Security, had received a notification from Major General Mohamed Abd al-Hadi, Director of Criminal Investigations, stating that a report had been received by the Sherbin Center Sheriff of a quarrel between members of the same family and the presence of a deceased in the Izbat Surur area of ​​the center district.
Officers of the Sherbin Police Station Investigation Unit moved to the scene of the incident, and upon examination, it was found that a family quarrel occurred between a tuktuk driver and his wife, a “first party,” and his nephew’s wife, a “second party,” and the death of the tuktuk driver.
It turned out that the parties to the quarrel were: “Asmaa Abdel-Gawad,” 25 years old, a resident of Ezbet Suroor Al-Bahria, a housewife, and Hisham Al-Maghawry Muhammad Ibrahim, 52 years old, a tuk-tuk driver, after the first threw a stone from the third floor on the second, which resulted in his death from his injury.
