Like last year, the 2023 edition of the list of towns and villages in France where life is good establishes Angers as the first municipality with more than 2,000 inhabitants where life is best, ahead of Bayonne and Biarritz. Hauts-de-Seine (33 towns), Val-de-Marne (30) and Essonne (27) are the most represented departments.
