These foods can make a person experience high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and even cancer.

To stay healthy, you need to avoid these foods.

Here are some foods that should not be consumed in excess. It needs to be avoided to keep the body healthy.

1. Processed meat
