Thousands of explosive triggers o detonator to start from Situbondo, East Java. The police managed to prevent the shipment of dangerous goods.
Reported detik Jatim, Thursday (11/10/2022), the delivery of the bomb detonator was thwarted in the waters of Situbondo. The sender was also arrested by the police.
“True, he was found in Situbondo waters yesterday around 4pm WIB at Anchor Harbor,” said East Java Police Public Relations Chief Kombes Dirmanto, when confirmed to East Java Police Ditpolairud. Thursday (10/11/2022).
Information about the delivery of the detonators was received by the Operations Team of the Water and Air Police Directorate (Team Opsnal Ditpolairud) of the East Java Police on Wednesday (9/11) afternoon at 15:00 WIB.
The team went on to conduct an investigation. It is claimed that the detonators will be used by offenders skilled in the assembly of bombs.
Opsnal Ditpolairud moved quickly from Banyuwangi because intelligence security was activated at the same time G20 in the ring area of East Java waters. They moved in silence and disguised themselves. Long story short, the Opsnal squad officers managed to capture the perpetrator and secure the detonator package.
