1. Bread, Rice, and Pasta

Non-wheat bread, rice, and pasta are high-carb foods. This type of food has been shown to increase blood sugar levels. This is not good for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

Yogurt that has a taste is usually made from low-fat milk and fiber, mixed with carbohydrates and sugar. This can increase blood sugar and insulin in the body.

Diabetics are advised to consume yogurt without sugar and flavors or plain yoghurt.

In addition to avoiding sugar resistance, it is also beneficial for controlling weight and maintaining gut health.

4. Fruit juice

The sugar content in fruit makes many diabetics not advised to consume these drinks. Not to mention, with sugar that is often added to packaged juices.

Foods fried in vegetable oil have been shown to produce high amounts of these bad compounds.
