Choosing the right breakfast menu is important to help control diabetes. The reason is, people with diabetes tend to have restrictions on food consumption in order to avoid high sugar content.
Here are five types of breakfast that diabetics need to avoid.
1. Bread, Rice, and Pasta
Non-wheat bread, rice, and pasta are high-carb foods. This type of food has been shown to increase blood sugar levels. This is not good for people with type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
