PT JTD apologizes

In this regard, the IT division head of PT Jakarta Tollroad Development (JTD) Jaya Pratama, Abdul Rachman, opened his voice. He apologized for the incident.

PT JTD stated that there was no intentional element in the incident. It was purely because system error.
