In addition to the excess fat you gain, prolonged excessive sugar consumption can cause fatty liver disease, diabetes, heart disease, and lower testosterone levels in the body.

Throwing various sources, sun exposure can damage the skin on your arms. Excessive sun exposure can also break down the collagen and elastin in the skin, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin.

Sun damage is also an enemy of the skin’s surface. The reason is that ultraviolet (UV) rays can accelerate skin aging.

This condition causes a loss of collagen in the body, especially in the subcutaneous area, which holds and tightens the skin texture, thus increasing the risk of sagging skin.
