Spokesperson of Task Force Team for Handling Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Pekanbaru City Ingot Ahmad Hutasuhut, Sunday (6/28/2020), explained the latest case developments. The case of people under monitoring (ODP) increased by 8 people today. Meanwhile, PDP increased by 14 people.
“Corona positive patients are also nil. Five patients recovered today,” he said.
Meanwhile, one PDP died. The patient is Mr. MT (56), a resident of Kelurahan Sidomulyo Timur, Marpoyan Damai District.
“Patients were hospitalized yesterday. Patients complained of coughing, shortness of breath, cold sweat, numb feet and weakness,” said Ingot.

The patient has concomitant diabetes (diabetes mellitus). The patient also suffered from tuberculosis (TB).
The patient died on June 27 at 14.50 WIB. The patient has been examined by a swab process.
That way, the development of cases since March 3 in Pekanbaru, namely a total of 84 positive cases. The details, as many as 57 people have returned and recovered.
As many as 21 people are still being treated. While 6 positive corona patients died.

Meanwhile, total PDP cases are 753 people. A total of 629 people recovered and went home. A total of 56 are still being treated and 68 have died.
“The results of 67 PDP swabs that died corona negative. We have not received the swab results of one PDP person,” said Ingot.
Meanwhile, the total ODP case is 6,452 people. The details, 6,035 people have finished monitoring and 417 people are still under monitoring.
The results of the rapid test examination for ODP are 6,696 people. The details, 6,633 people are non-reactive and 63 are reactive.
