420 new corona cases in Hamburg | NDR.de – Nachrichten – Hamburg

The number of new corona infections has fallen slightly in Hamburg, but remains at a high level. According to the social authority, 420 new corona cases were registered on Friday. That is 27 fewer cases than a week ago and 38 fewer than on Thursday.

According to the social authority, a total of 67,552 people in the Hanseatic city have tested positive for the corona virus since the pandemic began. According to estimates by the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), around 58,000 people in Hamburg can now be considered recovered.

Incidence value at 146

The number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the past seven days has decreased slightly compared to the previous day. The incidence value is now 146. A week ago it was 131.

Four more deaths

According to the social authorities, 301 corona patients are treated in Hamburg’s hospitals, 107 of them in intensive care units. According to the RKI, 1,427 people have died in connection with Covid 19 in the Hanseatic city since the beginning of the pandemic. That’s four more than reported on Thursday.
