346 deaths in hospital and 22,848 new cases recorded in France in 24 hours

More than 25,700 people are hospitalized this Thursday due to Covid-19, and more than 2,800 people are in intensive care, according to the latest report from Public Health France.

346 deaths in hospital and 22,848 new cases of Covid-19 have been identified in France over the past 24 hours, reports Public Health France in its latest report published this Thursday evening. As of Wednesday, 26,784 additional cases and 310 deaths had been recorded on national soil.

Although they are worrying, hospital reports are relatively stable on Thursday. To date, 25,735 people have therefore been hospitalized in France due to a Covid-19 infection, or 1,755 more people than the day before. Wednesday evening, 1974 new hospitalizations had been recorded in France.

Among these hospitalized people, 2,876 patients are currently in intensive care, which represents 252 more people than Wednesday. The day before, 292 new admissions had been registered in intensive care.
