3,000 apple trees uprooted by wind in Dilsen (Dilsen-Stokkem)

Fruit grower Patrick Colson from Rotem discovered on Monday that 3,000 apple trees on his plantation along the Maas have been uprooted by two windfalls. “The yield of 60 tons of apples has been lost,” he mourns. “2020 was a top year for the apples.
