The Indonesian Under 17 national team under the leadership of Bima Sakti continues to show excellent performances. After winning the 2022 Asian U-16 Cup last August, Arkhan Kaka and his friends are one step away from qualifying for the 2023 Asian U-17 Cup.
Indonesia temporarily lead Group B in the 2023 Asia Cup U-17 qualifiers. With a score of six points, Garuda Asia’s side are temporarily superior in head-to-head matches and goal difference over the United Arab Emirates.

Indonesia won a massive 14-0 win in their first Group B match. Subsequently, the Under-17 national team managed to beat the United Arab Emirates 3-2 through a fierce match.
In the third match Indonesia will be challenged by Palestine, which in the previous two games has lost 0-4 against Malaysia and 3-4 against the United Arab Emirates.
The Indonesian Under-17 national team has the opportunity to secure qualification for the 2023 Under-17 Asian Cup against Palestine.
Here are three ways Indonesia will qualify against Palestine tonight:
1. Indonesia must win
Victory is the first mandatory requirement for the Indonesian U-17 national team to be able to secure passes to qualify for the 2023 U-17 Asian Cup. Victory will cause Nabil Asyura and his friends to score nine points in the Group B.
However, the victory over Palestine alone wasn’t enough for Indonesia to make sure they qualify for the final. The reason is that Garuda Asia also depends on the results of another match between Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates.
