250 crore elevated road in Jaipur named after Gehlot, Bharat Jodo Setu, Jaipur elevated road

Jaipur: Prime Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated a 2.8 km long elevated road in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The street is called Bharat Jodo Setu. The cost of building the road is 250 crore.

Gehlot renamed the road which was previously known as Sodala Elevated Road as “Bharat Jodo Setu”. Interestingly, Gehlot chose this name while the Congress Bharat Jodo Yatra was underway.

Traffic between Ambedkar Circle and Ajmer Road will be facilitated with the arrival of a new elevated road. Gehlot laid the foundation stone for six more new projects in Jaipur.
