In the first week of 2021, the General Syndicate of Physicians recorded 21 martyrs from its members nationwide due to infection with the new Corona virus, as the total number of doctors ’martyrs rose to 285.
The honor list of the doctors ’martyrs during the past 7 days includes:
1- The martyr Dr. Bahaa El-Din Braik, former director of the Health Insurance Hospital.
2- The martyr Dr. Youssef Khaira, professor of orthopedic medicine, Zagazig
3- The martyr, Prof. Dr. Magdy Mostafa, Professor of Urology, Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University.
4- The martyr Dr. Ashraf Badr Al-Din Muhammad Hamouda, consultant cardiologist.
5- The martyr Dr. Jamal Mustafa Matar, consultant general surgery, former deputy of Mit Ghamr General Hospital.
6- Dr. Khaled Hamzah, a consultant surgery consultant in Giza.
7- The martyr Dr. Alaa Ahmad Diaa Abdel-Razek, a consultant of obstetrics and gynecology, at Al-Munira Hospital.
8- The martyr Dr. Amr Abdel-Ghani Abdel-Hakim Sarhan, a teacher of surgery in Azhar, Damietta.
9- The martyr Dr. Hazem Al-Kashef, Professor of Diagnostic Radiology at Al-Qasr Al-Aini.
10- The martyr Dr. Fathi Iraqi Muhammad Ali, an internal physician at the Medical Committee in Port Said.
11- The martyr Dr. Yasser Ahmad Meera, a consultant obstetrician and gynecologist.
12- The martyr Dr. Bahaa Al-Buhairi, a consultant dieter in the lake.
13- The martyr Dr. Mustafa Abdel Salam, professor of cardiology at the National Heart Institute.
14- The martyr Dr. Muhammad Tolba, consultant general surgery at Mit Ghamr Dakahlia Hospital.
15- The martyr Dr. Hisham Badra, a consultant kidney disease and director of the Tanta Kidney Center.
16- The martyr Dr. Sami Muhammad Abdel Fattah, an internal medicine doctor with health insurance.
17- The martyr, Dr. Kawthar Saber Numan, consultant obstetrician and gynecologist.
18- The martyr Dr. Wasfi Wadih Bashay Al-Shugairi, director of the Roman Hospital in Alexandria.
19- The martyr Dr. Saad Eddin Naguib, consultant internal medicine.
20- The martyr Dr. Ahmed Sayed Ahmed Muhammad Allam, the first consultant of kidney and internal diseases at Bab Al-Sharia University Hospital (Sayed Jalal).
