Ohio Wesleyan University football has added Jacob Slyh to its roster, bolstering the Battling Bishops’ defensive line. The incoming freshman from Pickerington, Ohio, joins the program ahead of the 2024 season.
Slyh arrives at Ohio Wesleyan after a accomplished high school career. He is expected to contribute to a defensive unit aiming to improve upon its previous performance and strengthen the team’s overall competitiveness in the North Coast Athletic Conference. The addition of Slyh provides Head Coach Tim Doup and his staff with increased depth and versatility on the defensive front.A graduate of Pickerington High School North, Slyh will wear jersey number 9144 for the battling Bishops.He joins a team that finished the 2023 season with a 4-6 overall record and a 3-5 mark in conference play.
