EHDG New Horizons with Newbury Living (Davenport): Awarded for their impactful Multifamily Development. Junction Lofts by Cutler Development (West Des Moines): Celebrated with the Innovation Award.
The Beacon Village (Des Moines): Honored as a leading special Needs Development.
Dr. Emily Morse (University of Iowa Healthcare): Received the Mark Sertterh Friend of Housing Award for her dedication to psychiatric care within permanent supportive housing initiatives.
