Subscribers massively refuse the services of cellular operators MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2

Modern cellular operators in Russia are gradually developing. They increase the speed of the mobile Internet, increase the quality of communication, and also offer new services and opportunities in order to interest Russians in this way. Nevertheless, recently the companies MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2 are increasingly introducing negative innovations, from which ordinary subscribers end up suffering. Old tariffs become much worse, or they are generally closed, forcing customers to switch to new, less profitable ones due to higher prices.

That is why, at present, subscribers are massively refusing the services of cellular operators MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2, and this was learned from the head of Rossvyaz Oleg Dukhovnitsky, who announced this at the Gaidar Forum. According to him, in the next few weeks, the number of Russians who have decided to exercise the right to change the carrier with the preservation of the old number will reach 11 million people. This opportunity is available to Russians from December 1, 2013.

It turns out that annually, on average, a little more than 2 million subscribers refuse to the services of cellular operators, who switch to service to other telecommunication companies in order to continue using their services while maintaining their previous number. It is expected that in 2019 the demand for such a service will remain high, because mobile operators are constantly introducing various innovations that many customers dislike. Anyone can use the procedure for changing the number, and all of it takes no more than two weeks.

At the same time, it is noted that the number of applications for number portability to another telecom operator is significantly greater than the number of successful transfers. Quite often, the passport details of the owner of the room and the one who requests such a service do not match. This leads to an automatic rejection of the transfer. In addition, very often the employees of MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2 from the customer service department contact those who want to refuse their services, and then offer impressive discounts up to 80% to keep the subscriber . In this case, the majority also agrees, with the result that the transfer request is canceled.

Earlier, we managed to find out that the mobile Internet from the mobile operators MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2 drove millions of subscribers crazy.

Until January 27, inclusive, everyone has a unique opportunity to get Xiaomi Mi AirDots wireless headphones for free, spending only 2 minutes of their personal time.
