When Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech retires at the end of the season, we asked you who the best goalkeeper in the Premier League is.

You had nine options and you chose your thousands.

The clear winner was former Manchester United keeper Peter Schmeichel, a five-time Premier League winner who received 53% of the vote.

United's second, David de Gea, finished second, Cech - four-time title winner with Chelsea - and third.

Dutchman Edwin van der Sar is the third United goalkeeper in the top four, scoring 10% of the vote.
