The Chinese company Haima is preparing to enter the market a serial version of the SG00 crossover, which has become a complete copy of the new Hyundai Santa Fe. The crossover will be valued at a minimum of 92,000 yuan (approximately 900 thousand rubles at the current exchange rate).
The first official photos of the car, the start of sales of which will take place this spring, were published by the local Ministry of Industry.
Judging by the pictures, all the previous expectations were confirmed - the exterior of the Haima SG00 is indeed fully borrowed from the Korean counterpart, having received the same hexagonal grille and “two-story” head optics. The only feature of the "Chinese" in this regard were the taillights, interconnected by a plastic lining.
The situation is different with the interior, which, as it turned out, has absolutely nothing in common with Santa Fe: here is another front panel, a truncated steering wheel and a proprietary multimedia complex with a “floating” display.
The engine range Haima SG00 will include 1.2 -, 1.5 - and 1.6-liter turbo engines with a capacity of 148, 163 and 194 hp. respectively. A couple of them, depending on the configuration will be 6-step "mechanics" and 7-step "robot". Drive - only front.
It is expected that the first "commodity" cars will arrive to dealers in two or three months. Prices and configuration has not yet disclosed.
