It is possible to apply for reimbursement of the commission fee within four months this year – from August 10 to December 10. Ticket buyers are invited to fill in the application form, which is available in the “News” section of the website “www.lnkc.gov.lv” of the festival organizer, LNKC.

The application must include a contact telephone and / or e-mail address, a bank current account and other requested information. A bank payment order confirming the payment of money for the purchase of tickets on the Internet portal “Biļešu paradīze” must be attached.

The required documents must be submitted to LNKC in person on working days from 8.30 am to 5 pm, by post or electronically, by sending an application signed with a secure electronic signature to the e-mail address – “[email protected]”.

The ticket buyer will receive a reply letter within a month. In case of an affirmative answer, the funds will be transferred to the bank current account indicated in the application.

Funds, the repayment of which has not been requested by ticket buyers within the specified four-month period, will be donated to a social charity in the context of the forthcoming XXVII General Latvian Song and XVII Dance Festival in accordance with the tender procedure.

It was previously reported that on January 8 of this year, the Vidzeme Suburb Court of the City of Riga approved the settlement of LNKC and SIA “Biļešu paradīze” in the XXVI General Latvian Song and XVI Dance Festival ticket sales case.
