With her sunny disposition, Rebekka Stäger has taken the hearts of 20-minute readers by storm. The 21-year-old is traveling for the first time this winter as a shepherd and is getting to know the Black Boyland around Büsserach SO.
“The sheep are my followers,” said Stäger to the 20-minute reporters. Unlike many of her peers, the young Bernese Oberlander does not need social media. “They only eat time,” she says.
«Bravo Rebekka, you have your heart in the right place. Look closely at your followers. A like of mine. »

In the comment column, the young wandering shepherd encounters pure enthusiasm.
“What a wonderful mind and what a wonderful person!”
Buebi Stansstad
«Nice that there is still something like that. I wish Maitschi all the best and health. »
Ashi
The readers are also blown away.
“Such young people touch my heart.”
Runser Caroline
Just enthusiasm? Reader Fredy is the first to ask the uncomfortable question about the fate of the sheep.
«The history of the sheep is less important. These are all slaughter lambs and they will be slaughtered at the end of March. »
Fredy
In fact, the sheep are slaughtered in spring. However, contrary to what the reader suspects, they do not end up at a large distributor, but at regional butchers.
The young wandering shepherd has also reached the first reactions. “The people who visited me showed it to me with enthusiasm,” says Rebekka, who has also seen the video about herself. She was also contacted by family and friends, who were all delighted.
“Mis Grosi is grinning.”

By the way, she likes the video. “You tried hard,” she replies. And laughs.
