Hi, I’m Jan Hawliczek, recruiter, sourcer, trainer and managing director of Die Grüne 3 GmbH from Ingolstadt. I am passionate about recruiting, active sourcing, employer branding, digitization and HR tech.
After almost 10 years of in-house recruiting, I have started my own business in the HR / recruiting area and train employees in HR.
