The group of young Hispanic men “made some kind of music video” on Friday night in a parking lot in a residential area of Houston, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said at a press conference. They were “ambushed practically”. The motive is still unclear.

Two people died on site, seven were hospitalized. The condition of an injured man is critical, Gonzalez said. A video published by a reporter for the Houston Chronicle on Twitter showed blood stains on the floor of the parking lot and bullet holes in several cars.
