According to the allegations, at the center of Çukurova district, 100. Yıl District at around 01:00 am on June 28, 16-year-old VB went to the police station and said he had shot a 62-year-old Yusuf A. with a shotgun, which he claimed had harassed him. Thereupon, the police took the child into custody and went to the address by informing the medical teams. The medical teams who came home determined that the person who was shot in the chest died.
While the police started the work on the incident, the murder suspect was taken to the Adana Police Department Children’s Branch Directorate because he was 16 years old. The suspect was brought here to the forensic medicine unit for a checkup after his statement taken with a psychologist.
The police took precautions against forensic medicine and the courthouse on the possibility of damaging the party against the suspect. In addition, the police wanted to prevent a possible attack by putting the police vest on the suspect.
VB, who was transferred to the courthouse after his medical check, was arrested by the sentry court.
