There are many tricks and methods that help you lose weight without diet and strict diet.

The “eatthis” site listed a set of those tricks that help a lot to get rid of extra weight, as follows:

1- Eat breakfast:

Some people think that skipping breakfast will help you save some calories, but this is wrong because it can make you feel hungry, and thus you will eat more bingefully.

2- Have coffee:

3- Eat 2-3 fruits a day:

Fruit is full of fiber, vitamins and beneficial nutrients, but it also contains sugar, so make sure that you do not overeat it, and it is best to eat at least two or three fruits a day.

4- Eat unlimited vegetables:

Don’t restrict yourself when it comes to vegetables, especially good leafy greens, and the more vegetables your plate is filled with, the less likely you are to fill your food with other, less healthy foods.
