The inhabitants of the village of Fédiobé located in the town of Mboula in the department of Linguère are in shock. Indeed, a 13-year-old girl by the name of Adama Ka and a pupil in the 6th grade was found dead hanging from a tree behind the village of Fediobé.
The drama occurred on the night of Friday June 26 to Saturday June 27 around midnight. The victim used a rope to kill himself by hanging. According to a source close to the investigation, the deceased was last seen on Friday, June 26, around 2 p.m. So, after his long absence from the family home, his parents followed in his footsteps until the place where the drama took place.
When informed, the Yang-Yang gendarmes and the head nurse of the Mboula health post rushed to the scene. After acknowledgment, the mortal remains of Adama Ka were deposited in the morgue of the Dahra health center. The local gendarmerie opened an investigation to determine the reasons which led Adama Ka to shorten his life.
