A 21-year-old man from Tilburg and a 31-year-old man without a fixed place of residence or residence were arrested yesterday afternoon. They are suspected of involvement in dealing in stolen goods. The police tracked them down after they offered a stolen computer for sale on Marktplaats. An employee of a company from Tholen recognized that computer because it had been stolen from the company earlier. He pretended to be an interested buyer and met the seller in Tilburg. The police were called in and went with them.
When the seller turned out to have the stolen computer at home, the police took action. There turned out to be many more suspicious items in his house, such as laptops, game computers and sound boxes. In addition, thousands of euros in cash were found. The seller and another man who was present have been arrested.
