Isolate yourself at home for 14 days away from others, while dealing with caution with family members.

– If you have to deal with people during this period, stick to wearing a mask and gloves and leaving an appropriate distance between others.

Contact a doctor for medical advice, especially in the case of the elderly, and chronic diseases.

Disinfect the surfaces around you daily, after each time you touch them, such as the remote control, handles and phones.

– Make sure to wash your hands for 20 seconds permanently, and use a disinfectant that contains 70% alcohol.

Eat a healthy diet, and avoid fats and sugars.

– Make sure to drink warm water instead of cold drinks, while avoiding excessive intake of antibiotics.

– Monitor the temperature every 8 hours.
