100% Côte d’Or know-how: direction Dijon

The “100% Côte d’Or know-how” brand was created by the departmental council to highlight craftsmen, farmers, breeders, producers or traders established in the department. This is a label to reward professionals who work with products from our department. We can give the example of restaurateurs who supply themselves with meat, fruit or vegetables from the Côte d’Or region, or craftsmen who work with local materials.

In partnership with the county council, we are continuing our series of podcasts with interviews with actors located in the four corners of the Côte d’Or. After the Châtillonnais, the Ouche valley and the Dijon plain, direction this time Dijon for this 4th episode.
