The Argentine city university of Matanza announced that paleontologists have found a ten-meter-long skeleton of a giant dinosaur of the Megaraptor type.
The Novosti agency quoted the university as saying in a statement: “Researchers from the Argentine National Museum of Natural Sciences have found a skeleton of a giant meat-eating dinosaur that lived nearly 70 million years ago in southeast Santa Cruz province,” noting that the things the scientists found are vertebrae and ribs Part of the scapula and shear bone.
“We found a very large model of a giant dinosaur of the Megaraptor that had great hunting tools and was feeding on meat,” says scientist Mauro Aranciagi.
This type of dinosaur was distinguished from tyranosafor by its thinness and grace, and it had a long tail that helped it to maintain its balance as it had long legs, strong muscles, that helped it to take great steps.
According to experts, this dinosaur had a long skull and long neck, which made it easy to hunt prey.
