Boiled eggs are one of the foods that can support weight loss. Eggs are high in protein and fat and are very filling.
One study in 30 women who were overweight showed that eating eggs for breakfast can keep you feeling full longer and stimulate the desire to eat less over the next 36 hours.
Eggs are also very nutrient dense and can help you get all the nutrients you need when on a low calorie diet.
2. Green Vegetables
Green vegetables such as spinach, kale and kale can help you lose weight.
They have several properties for weight loss such as low in calories and carbohydrates and fiber.
Eating green vegetables is a great way to increase the volume of your meal, without adding calories. Numerous studies have shown that foods and diets with low energy density lead people to eat fewer calories overall.

Research has shown that increasing your protein intake by up to 25 percent of daily calories can reduce snacking cravings by up to 60 percent and lead to weight loss of nearly 0.45 kg per week.
5. Boiled Potatoes
Boiled potatoes are high in potassium, a nutrient that plays an important role in controlling blood pressure.
On a scale called the satiety index, which measures how food makes a person full, boiled potatoes scored the highest of all the foods tested.
This means that by eating boiled potatoes, you will naturally feel full longer and eat less other foods.
If you allow the potatoes to cool briefly after boiling, they will form high amounts of resistant starch, a fiber-like substance that has been shown to have various benefits including weight loss.
