- The establishment, Le Foyer d’Accueil Médical des Résidences de Rosebrie, accommodates 40 residents with disabilities, whose dependence makes them unfit for all professional activities and requires support in the actions of daily life. These people require support, medical supervision and care. Diverse activities are offered every day.
- Missions
- The health manager will be responsible in particular for:
- To organize the activity and coordinate the human and material resources of the paramedical service according to the orientations of the FAM.
- To plan the activities of the service (distribution of staff, use of equipment, etc.) according to the establishment and care plan.
- To develop or change treatment protocols, hygiene, safety and health vigilance procedures; monitor application by staff and provide technical support
- Carry out the administrative management of personnel and participate in human resources management actions
- Coordinate care projects
- To evaluate the PROPIAS document
Required profile:
- Diploma required
- Minimum 3 years experience
- B permit required
