Substitute goalkeeper Alexander Nübel from the German record champions Bayern Munich is apparently facing a loan deal after this season. This is reported by the specialist magazine kicker. “This situation is unsatisfactory,” said his advisor Stefan Backs: “You have to think about a loan in the summer when Alex no longer comes to play.”
The 24-year-old had come from Schalke 04 on a free transfer before the season. At Munich, the former U21 national goalkeeper is to be built as the successor to world goalkeeper Manuel Neuer. Nübel, who was last out due to a ligament injury, was only allowed to play in the first round of the DFB Cup and in the Champions League group game against Atletico Madrid this season.
