South Korean military officials said that North Korea appears to have held a feverish ceremony in the middle of the night time yesterday.

At the late-night fever ceremony held in October last year, North Korea unveiled the new intercontinental ballistic missile Hwaseong-16 type and the submarine launch ballistic missile North Pokseong-4 type.
