With the Democratic Party clearly drawing a line in easing the transfer tax, it is focusing on specifying supply measures to stabilize the real estate market.
One of the representative measures is the supply of ultra-dense housing centered on the station area, which is expected to be announced before the Lunar New Year holidays.

The ruling party also announced that it would come up with a reliable supply plan before the Lunar New Year holidays to keep pace with this.

The focus of supply measures prepared by the government and the ruling party lies in urban super-dense development, which has been emphasized by Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport by Byeon Chang-heum since his candidate days.
As it is almost impossible to secure new land in downtown Seoul, we will certainly solve the urban area ratio.

Specifically, a method of expanding the area of the station area, which is currently 350m, to a radius of 500m, and increasing the average floor area ratio of the station area, will be discussed.
In addition, a plan to create a factory site in a semi-industrial area as a residential and industrial complex is being discussed.
A bill has already been proposed to raise the floor area ratio when rebuilding old small houses by public initiative, and to use up to half of the increased houses as public leases instead.

The problem is timing.
