In our law, there is a provision for reduction of communication expenses for the underprivileged, such as basic recipients and the disabled.
However, since you have to apply in person, there are many cases where you don’t know.
It was found that 3.2 million people nationwide could not receive benefits because of this ignorance.
The ruling party is pushing ahead with a plan to find it.

Communication costs are also a heavy burden for low-income and underprivileged people.
Therefore, the current law stipulates that those who are eligible for basic supply, the next higher class, and the disabled can receive a monthly reduction of 11,000 won in communication expenses.
However, you have to take care of yourself, not on your own.
If you do not call 1523, which is the exclusive number for application, or do not apply to local community centers or cell phone agencies, they will pass by.
Those who do not have access to information miss out on monthly benefits of 10,000 won or more.
There are over 3.2 million people nationwide.
A situation where countermeasures are needed to guide the target individuals first.
The ruling party has set out to find benefits for communication cost reduction.
