[정치]尹 “Serving lunch is the No. 1 salesperson’s morality”…Global CEO Luncheon

On the first day of attending the Davos Forum, President Yoon Seok-yeol met with CEOs of global companies such as IBM and JP Morgan and repeatedly asked for investment in Korea.

In his remarks, President Yoon said, “I am Korea’s first salesperson, and I created this event because I thought it was moral to meet global businessmen and have them at least once for lunch.”

At the same time, he emphasized that he should let me know my face so that he can come to Korea comfortably when he visits Korea in the future.

In a pre-conversation with the CEOs, President Yoon explained that Korea will support them to become carbon-neutral rather than regulated, and that if Korea’s system does not meet global standards, please let us know at any time, and we can adapt.

President Yoon expressed great satisfaction, saying that the meeting itself was a great achievement, the second being hearing discerning insights and advice, and the third being creating opportunities to see and receive advice more often in the future.

Today’s event lasted about 100 minutes beyond the scheduled time and was attended by CEOs of 15 companies, including IBM, Qualcomm, JP Morgan and Mubadala, along with representatives of major domestic companies such as Samsung and SK, Hyundai Motor and LG, Lotte and Hanwha.
