President Yoon will attend the ASEAN-Korea Summit to be held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on the 11th, and the ASEAN + Korea-China-Japan Summit will be held on the 12th.
ASEAN + 3 is a partnership between the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the ASEAN countries and Korea, China and Japan, launched in response to a joint response to the Asian financial crisis in 1997.
