According to the Meteorological Administration, on the 13th, the daytime temperature will rise to around 10 degrees, 3 to 5 degrees higher than normal, and it will be cozy. In the southern regions, the temperature will rise significantly to around 15 degrees Celsius, but the morning minimum temperature in the inland region falls below 0 degrees, so be careful about the daily temperature difference.

On roads and bridges adjacent to the west coast, such as Seohae Bridge, Yeongjong Bridge, and Incheon Bridge, there are places where thick fog with a visibility distance of 200 m or less occurs due to the influx of sea fog. In other inland areas, there may be places with fog of less than 1 km of visibility, so traffic safety should be taken into consideration.
