The deadline for a court hearing to decide whether to temporarily suspend the two-month disposition of Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol has been set for the 22nd.
The court’s judgment that will determine Yun’s fate is also expected to come out next week as early as possible.

The day after the disciplinary decision was confirmed, the date for questioning of the request for a “suspension of execution”, which was filed by President Yoon Seok-yeol to the Seoul Administrative Court, was confirmed at 2 pm on the 22nd.
Within one day of filing the case, both the court and the interrogation date are set.
On this day, representatives from both sides will appear in the courtroom and will hold a fierce court battle.
The issue is whether or not damage is irreparable.
As for the two-month suspension, President Yoon argues that it is irreparable and urgent damage, while the Ministry of Justice is confronting with the position that the grounds for disciplinary action were reasonable and the procedure was legitimate.
The court is also different from the previous case of the suspension of execution of the exclusion of duties by President Yoon, but this time, the court is likely to be more cautious in the hearing, as it is a disciplinary action taken directly by the President.
If the court accepts Mr. Yun’s request, Mr. Yoon may immediately return to work, and if dismissed, the disciplinary action will remain in effect until the result of the disciplinary revocation lawsuit, which is the original lawsuit, is obtained.
After receiving the complaint, Yoon also distributed a statement stating that it was different from the facts as reports of the lawsuit against the president continued.
With the intention of claiming innocence for prosecution and disciplinary action by the Justice Minister and some of his followers ignoring the due process, he said the lawsuit was the counterpart of the lawsuit.
The previous day, he said, “Because it is a lawsuit against the presidential disposition, the lawsuit against the president is correct,” but it can be interpreted that he felt burdened when the composition that Yoon confronted President Moon was created.
While Minister Chu remained silent about Yoon’s legal response, Vice Minister Lee Yong-gu, who participated as a disciplinary committee, made a brief statement of the principle.

Yoon hasn’t come to work since the disciplinary decision was confirmed, but supporters also held a birthday party in front of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office to celebrate Yun’s 60th birthday.
The court decides whether or not Yun Suk-yeol, who has been suspended for two months, will return temporarily.
