In the previous judgment on suspension of duties, the court raised President Yoon’s hand.
In particular, he pointed out that the suspension of work is virtually the same as dismissal, and that it ignores the purpose of the Prosecutors’ Office Act, which guarantees a term system for the president for independence and neutrality of the prosecution.

Yoon argues that the investigation of important cases such as the Wolseong nuclear power plant could be seriously disrupted, and the disciplinary action should be stopped urgently as the investigation team may be decomposed in the air in the prosecution personnel next month.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Justice is confronting that former presidents have also been suspended for several months due to a resolution to impeach the National Assembly.
