There are often drivers who suddenly turn around when the road is blocked, or passengers who get off a taxi and enter a nearby subway station.
In the case of Seocho-dong, where I am out, it snowed the most in Seoul on the 6th.
As the roads froze due to the sudden heavy snowfall, cars lined up for about 3km on the way home from work, and drivers left their cars and returned home by public transportation.
Fortunately, I didn’t see it like that today.
But even today, the snow fell more than 6cm.
As the snow accumulated at that time and the thick snow added today, the road is frozen, so be careful about the icy road.

At one time in the afternoon, heavy snow warnings issued in Seoul and the metropolitan area were mostly lifted.
In the first place, it snowed so much that our reporters arrived 22km from the headquarters in Sangam-dong in 2 hours.
Due to this, heavy snow warnings were also in effect in Songpa-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, Gyeonggi-do, Gimpo, Goyang, and Incheon.
Currently, everything has been solved except for Gangnam-gu.
As the snow stops, traffic flows smoothly.

The controlled Bukaksan-gil, Jeongneung-ro and Sajik Park were all opened.
As the city of Seoul mobilizes about 4,000 people and 1,000 units of equipment to perform snow removal, the traffic situation is expected to improve as the hours of work are almost over.
