The flow of the Han River stopped at the moment of the Arctic cold wave.

Instead of a river, ice reflects sunlight and sparkles like jewels.

In the vicinity of Yeouido, a rescue boat is operating and breaking the ice.

We stand to secure a passage for dispatch in an emergency.

The thickened ice keeps hitting the bangs and the boat can’t slow down.

The 13th day from the end of last year, General Dong has froze not only the Han River but also its surroundings.

People were cut off on the banks of the Han River, and waterfowl disappeared.

Vehicles passing over the bridge have also become slower than usual.

The strongest cold wave in 20 years froze the 25m high artificial waterfall in the city center.

As if the waterfall stopped moving momentarily, it turned into a huge ice wall.

Citizens, rushing to visit in the cold, pause for a moment at the mystery of nature and take pictures of an ice waterfall.

The Arctic cold wave is expected to continue for two more days, and then the temperature will rise in the video from tomorrow, which is Tuesday, and will be resolved.
