As the whole country is generally clear today, the Arctic cold wave below -10 degrees Celsius will continue.
The Meteorological Administration announced that a cold wave this morning when the temperature in Cheorwon drops to -20 degrees Celsius and -12 degrees Celsius in Seoul.
As for the daytime temperature, Seoul will remain below -2 degrees Celsius and show sub-zero cold weather.
The Meteorological Administration predicted that the cold wave would continue until tomorrow morning, and then the temperature would rise from the daytime and resolve.
The whole country will be sunny today, but snow will fall on the west coast and Jeju Island.
