A joint government investigation team organized to investigate the’sudden of land dumping’ of LH employees is speeding up the investigation.
However, with so many scopes and targets, there are voices of concern about whether an effective investigation will be conducted.

The Joint Investigation Team is working on a consent form to provide personal information to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, LH, and local government officials.
It is a content that we will take a look at all the real estate transactions in the eight third new towns, including the Gwangmyeong Siheung District, which has become a problem, Hanam Gyosan, and Namyangju Wangsuk.
The period was nailed to the point of completion of the thorough investigation.
The union is planning to look through the details of transactions under direct existence.
It is estimated that as few as 20,000 people and as many as 50,000 or more.
It has been reported that some employees complained about the need to provide personal information even though they have never worked on new town development or housing.
The joint group, who visited the headquarters of Jinju LH, Gyeongnam, secured basic data to investigate allegations of land speculation, such as promotion data for the 3rd new city project and personnel data.
However, the scope and targets of the investigation are so vast that it is unclear whether an effective investigation will be conducted.
There are also concerns about’covering my family’ about the participation of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as the subject of the investigation.
In addition, there is a prospect that even if the investigation results confirm the fact of the sale, it will not be easy to lead to actual punishment.
