1. Suspected bicycle thief arrested – Offenbach am Main

(as) A 45-year-old did not expect to be arrested when he apparently tried to steal a bicycle at Offenbacher Marktplatz around 10.20 p.m. on Friday night. An attentive passerby had observed him and informed the city guard opposite when the alleged bicycle thief flipped open the spiral lock with the help of a side cutter.
